Tiger Hawk Cookies (monster cookies)

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

70 grams bread flour

60 grams cake flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 tsp salt


1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup m & m’s

1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cream butter and sugar together well for 2-3 minutes

  3. Add in peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.

  4. Mix dry ingredients separate (all but chocolate)

  5. Add wet and mix to combine. Stir in chocolate

  6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to 24 hours.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Don’t over bake, they will look just set.

  8. Allow to cook completely before removing them!
