2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1 shallot dice
8 diced garlic cloves
1 packet red pepper
1 package shrimp deveined
Cook till no longer pink
1/4 white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt & pepper
parmesan cheese to top
Parsley dried to top
Heat up butter, olive oil and add diced shallot, and garlic for 30 seconds, remove from heat add me red pepper.
2. Add in shrimp and put on medium heat and cook till no longer pink. Add in lemon juice and white wine.
3. Add pasta that you blanch with ice water after cooking to al dente. Cook for a couple minutes in sauce. Add Parmesan and parsley.
