Dutch Oven Pizza

Dough

1 1/4 cup bread flour

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp basil

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp yeast quick rise

1 cup warm water

  1. Activate yeast, add water and yeast and 1 tbsp sugar to bowl and let sit for 5 min.

  2. Add flour and oil and spices and mix.

Place parchment in Dutch oven with crust and assemble pizza. Put oil on the edges of the crust and then put sauce toppings and freshly shedded mozzarella cheese on top. Use low moisture cheese.
